Idaho Shootists Advisory Board

If you would like to be a member of the Idaho Shootists Advisory Board, we will be taking nominations during the month of January and will vote at our February 4^th shoot.

This will be a 5 person board whose purpose will be to advise the owners of the Idaho Shootists on what direction to take regarding the conducting and running of matches, direction they would like to see the club go in regards to our range, shooting event production and everything fast draw as it concerns our shooter's.

Please consider being involved so that we make the Idaho Shootists a place where all enjoy coming to shoot and share each other's company.

Mission Statement

The purpose of the Idaho Shootists is to promote the sport of cowboy fast draw as defined by the CFDA, acquire new members, conduct approved events, ensure that its events are both safe and fun, support the 2nd Amendment, promote this sport and other shooting sports to non-shooters, cover its’ cost, and make a small profit if possible. The operations of the Idaho Shootists should always be conducted in a legal, fair, and fun manner knowing that management and members are representatives of a portion of the shooting sports and what they do will reflect on the shooting sports, the CFDA, and the Idaho Shootists.
